I have been a dancer for almost twenty years now and I would like to approach yoga from a dancer’s point of view.
Alignment. Body. Mind. Spirit.
Without the right alignment, a dancer can never execute a dance move that justifies the step. The same applies for yoga and the positive effects and benefits of yoga would not be felt or even experienced when we are out of alignment. In fact, we can injure ourselves from executing yoga poses with wrong alignment.
This class is slow but comprehensive.
It is not about how flexible you are.
It is not about how good you are.
It is just about being you.
